My first purely Halloween themed image of the season, not counting the 'Buff ScarJo' one (in which it was an afterthought).
This
image is inspired by something similar by the artist by the name of
SlasheySmiley, who has been doing a series he calls 'Goth-Tober', where
he re-imagines various toon females if they were all goth chicks 
I don't really have a 'story' behind why she became goth, but I recall an episode of 'American Dad' where Roger set up a 'Needful Things' like curio shop, so maybe she was there and picked up her new Black Skull Beeanie, and it turned her into this. 😄
BTW: If people want to know why I render Meg with huge, dark areola, and with one 'inverted' nipple: Technically, that is her 'cannon' look. Thanks to various 'cut away gags', we have actually learned these details about her.
Funny thing: I actually attached a glowing, 'porn star dong' onto the ghost, but when rendered it blended into his leg.
Goth Meg will probably pop up a couple more times before All Hallow's Eve, in something X-Rated with the Ghost, so stay tuned.

@Anon1: I'll see what I can do about the 'full nelson' pose. Despite the literally hundreds of 'sex poses' I have, I don't think I have a 'Full Nelson' one, but I can probably fake it with some others.
@Anon2: I may do a 'Gothic Velma' as well (although I did one long ago, maybe its time for another).
