I decided to use another 'wet skin' material, and add a mirror in the background. Took forever to render, and, as you can see, the 'room' isn't quite whole (would have taken even longer if I made it an enclosed room).

I have been experimenting with something called 'shaders' to add the green tone to her skin (before I just re-colorized a normal skin in photoshop, but that left some blotces in it).
funny thing about the face, though: its the 'base' face for the Vicky 4 model; for She-Hulk its all about the skin tone (and optionally the muscles, depending on the artist ^_^).
