Over at DeviantArt an artist by the name of 14-Bis was running a little 'art jam' where members were encouraged to produce 'Playboy'-like covers featuring their favorite toon babe ^_^
I wasn't able to find the actual complete cover, but I nabbed the "Playtoon" logo from another image and placed it onto these; I think it came out okay.
