Irina returns the Crystal Cock to its true owner, and recieves a 'Great Gift' in return (see the movie to get the reference ^_^).
As an aside, I think there is a chance that Irina didn't truly die when she 'recieved the gift' in the movie.
Number one: the aliens were benevolent beings, and would probably know that infusing a mere human with the 'knowledge of the universe' would destroy one, so its possible that this infusion transformed her into a non-corporeal being, that now resides in the home universe of the aliens.
Although I doubt Spielberg/lucas are considering this idea, I could easily see Irina returning to meanace Mutt Williams (hate that name) and crew years later as a god-like psychic being
