I was tempted to call this image "Zom-Ballerina", but thought that was too corny ^_^

How about Giselle? After the title character of a ballet about a girl who dies and returns from the grave as a vengeful spirit. Ballet? Zombies? Horrible vengeance? Nobody realizes just how perfectly they fit together!
