I don't play with the 'pregnant' morph often, and in this image it combines a bit curiously with the 'muscular' morph, espically on the top of the stomach.
I think this is one of your best images; I'd love to see a non-preg version ;) looking back over your posts, I think all your pieces would benefit from Natural Gravity Morphs and/or Natural Breast Movement - just Google them and find the right ones for your models

This one does use the Natural Gravity Morphs for V4, although I admit I have a couple of favorites from that set.
